Privacy Notice Draft
Pre-launch draft · reviewed October 2, 2026 · not yet effective
This page describes the current Hotel Lobby AI implementation and the terms still awaiting confirmation. It is not a finalized policy or agreement. The operator, verified contact details and effective date have not been established.
The service
Hotel Lobby AI is being prepared as a two-photo video service. Each photo represents one performer in a reference-guided duo video. Real generation and payment have not completed end-to-end acceptance.
Photos in your browser
Selecting photos stores them in this browser's IndexedDB to restore your selection. Selection alone does not submit them to the video service. Removing a photo updates the local selection; clearing this site's browser data removes local saved photos. Task and submission details may also be saved in sessionStorage for recovery.
When you confirm generation
When generation is enabled and you sign in and confirm the credit cost, the app uploads both photos to configured object storage. The server converts accepted photos to JPEG, adjusts orientation and removes image metadata. It sends photo URLs, a reference video URL, a selected audio URL and the template instructions to Evolink for reference-guided video generation. Generation records link the task, input URLs, settings, status, result URLs and credit usage to your account.
Optional audio
If you select your own audio, the current implementation saves it in this browser's IndexedDB. Confirmation uploads the audio file to object storage and sends its URL to Evolink alongside the photo and reference URLs. Removing a local audio selection does not erase a server upload. Audio validation checks format and duration; it does not verify ownership or remove audio metadata.
Accounts, transactions and providers
The implementation supports Google sign-in and email sign-in links, with account and session records in a database. Email delivery and payment processing use configured external services. The current integrations include Resend for email and Creem or Stripe for payments; the production provider list is awaiting verification. The app includes Vercel analytics and performance measurement, plus optional Plausible analytics. Their actual production collection and cookie behavior must be confirmed before the final notice is published.
Storage and access
The app copies completed videos from the video provider into configured object storage for playback and download. Uploaded photos, uploaded audio and results currently use public media URLs rather than expiring signed links. Anyone who obtains a working URL may be able to access the file. Removing a browser selection does not delete a server upload. The current video deletion action hides its database record and does not erase the stored media.
Details awaiting confirmation
Data retention periods, permanent deletion procedures, hosting locations, provider retention and reuse or model-training practices, and a verified privacy request contact have not been confirmed. This draft does not promise a deletion deadline, automatic expiry or a no-training policy. These details need to be established in the final notice before account registration or paid generation is opened to customers.
